• The way we decide on coaching is that you describe your needs and I’ll suggest a process that I believe will work the best for you. Any process can be tailored to fit your needs, learning style and time frame. I recommend that you start with an introductory coaching session.
• All coaching sessions are conducted by telephone and last approximately one hour. Sometimes results happen in less time and sometimes they take longer. We go by results, not minutes. After coaching you will receive a brief outline of the session.
• Text and email support is provided between sessions. 
• Mindset shifts and breakthrough ideas happen inside the coaching session. 
• Results happen as you take the prescribed actions between sessions. 

Introductory Session/No charge

The purpose of an introductory session is to see if coaching resonates with you and if we are a good fit for each other. 

Laser Coaching/$60

A short, impromptu session when you need quick results for one problem/ situation/mindset.

Future Me Visioning/$45

In this session we look at one area of life that you want enhance, visualize the end result and make a detailed plan to reach that goal.

Three-session package/$525

Experience the power of coaching and make a real change. (If you decide you would like to continue on with a premium package, the amount of this package will be applied to the cost of the premium package).

Blueprint Coaching/$1900/3 months

Blueprint coaching is a proven process used by thousands of people for more than 20 years. Relief comes as you unconceal hidden obstacles to your success and remove them. In addition, you become aware of positive aspects of yourself and use those strengths to get the results you want. Examples of areas of your life in which you may be desiring a change are primary relationship; friends and family; career; health and body; fun and leisure; home and surroundings.

Spiritual Divorce Coaching/$2500/4 months 

Spiritual simply means looking inward for answers and using the deep pain and heartbreak of the end of a relationship to get in touch with your true self. Then you can design a life that is in alignment with your values. In this sacred work, you will move from surviving to thriving. You can heal your heart and have a life that you love. You can feel confident that this coaching results in transformation as it has been in use over 20 years and with thousands of people. Based on the book, Spiritual Divorce by Debbie Ford.

Concierge Coaching Support

An addition to the Blueprint or Spiritual Divorce Coaching processes. In some cases, you may want extra support, such as daily check-ins, weekly updates, strategies for conversations, debriefing after legal meetings, etc.  I am happy to work with you to develop a schedule of supports to enhance your progress. I’ll provide you with the additional concierge charges once we have defined the need.
